The Kentucky State Police (KSP) has announced an arrest following a significant development in an ongoing sex abuse investigation in Fleming County.
The Details On April 6, authorities received information linking Joseph McClure, 39, of Flemingsburg, to an active investigation involving James Barnes Sr. Following an extensive interview with KSP investigators, McClure was taken into custody.
