GRAYSON, Ky. — The body of a 19-year-old woman who had been missing since Wednesday near the Grayson Lake area has been recovered.
According to Kentucky Fish and Wildlife, multiple agencies located the body of Ashland resident Marly Kinney at approximately 3:45 p.m. Sunday in the Grayson area.
Kinney's disappearance had prompted an extensive, multi-day search involving numerous local and state agencies. Her body was found five days after she was first reported missing.
Authorities have not released additional details, and officials say the investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death is ongoing.
