GRAYSON, Ky. — A local family contacted emergency services Tuesday afternoon after reporting that a child allegedly bit into what appeared to be a pill that was found on a pizza purchased from a Grayson restaurant.
According to scanner traffic monitored by local listeners, a caller reported at approximately 4:17 p.m. that a child had bitten into a pill that was discovered on a pizza. The caller requested that the child be evaluated by medical personnel.
The scanner report did not identify the child's condition, age, or whether the child required further medical treatment. No additional details regarding the alleged pill or how it may have come to be on the pizza were immediately available.
