FLEMINGSBURG, KY — Fleming County Schools officials say a school bus carrying students was involved in an accident near Plummer’s Landing on Sunday.
According to a statement released by Superintendent Brian K. Creasman, Bus 36 was involved in the incident, but early reports indicate that the bus driver and all students aboard are safe.
School officials stated that students are being transported to the district office, where staff members and EMS personnel will conduct precautionary evaluations and assist with contacting parents and guardians.
At this time, no serious injuries have been reported publicly.
Fleming County Schools says additional information will be released as it becomes available.
