MOREHEAD, Ky. — A fourth domestic violence-related arrest has been recorded in Rowan County since July 27, 2026, according to information from the Rowan County Detention Center.
Jacob Ryan Leadingham, 23, of Olive Hill, was booked into the Rowan County Detention Center at approximately 4:31 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29.
According to jail records, Leadingham is charged with:
Strangulation, First Degree (Domestic Violence Related)
Assault, Second Degree – Domestic Violence
The reported offense date for both charges is July 24, 2026. The arrest was made by the Rowan County Sheriff's Office, and the charges remain listed as open. Jail records indicate no bond had been set at the time of booking.
This marks the fourth domestic violence-related arrest reported by the Morehead Minute since July 27. The previous arrests involved Chelsea Prater (July 27), Johnny E. Skaggs (July 28), and Kevin T. Jones (July 29).
