The Kentucky State Police Post 8 in Morehead is asking for the public's assistance in locating a man wanted on a failure to appear warrant.
According to Kentucky State Police, Jerry L. Miller, 39, is wanted after allegedly failing to appear in court. The original charges associated with the case are Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Trespassing.
Authorities describe Miller as 5 feet, 10 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Miller's whereabouts is asked to contact Kentucky State Police Post 8 in Morehead at 606-784-4127. Members of the public should not attempt to apprehend the individual themselves but should instead notify law enforcement.
