MOREHEAD, Ky. — A new dental practice is preparing to open its doors in downtown Morehead, bringing two dentists previously affiliated with Morehead Dental Group together under a new name.
Morehead Dental Studio, led by Dr. Stephen Click and Dr. Haley Bruss, is located at 137 East First Street in Morehead. The practice is promoting a patient-centered approach offering general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
According to the practice's recent announcements, services will range from routine preventive care to veneers, crowns, dental implants, smile design and full-mouth restoration. Treatment plans will be tailored to individual patients based on their needs, goals and long-term oral health.
For Dr. Click, the new practice also represents a return to his roots. Morehead Dental Studio says Click returned to Morehead to serve the community where he was raised, with an emphasis on building relationships with patients and creating an environment in which people feel comfortable receiving dental care.
Dr. Bruss will serve as an associate dentist at the new practice. According to a biography published by the practice, Bruss earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.
Bruss has said her interest in dentistry was influenced in part by her own childhood experience of not always having access to the dental care she needed. She said that experience inspired her to focus on making patients feel heard, respected and comfortable while providing compassionate care and straightforward recommendations.
Both Click and Bruss were previously affiliated with Morehead Dental Group before becoming part of the new Morehead Dental Studio.
Grand Opening Planned for October
The public will get an opportunity to see the new facility during a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Celebration on Monday, October 12, from 5 to 6 p.m.
The event is also listed on the Morehead-Rowan County Chamber of Commerce calendar. Visitors will be able to tour the new dental studio, meet the staff and enjoy food, drinks and giveaways. The Chamber confirms the practice's location at 137 East First Street.
The office is already scheduling appointments and lists its telephone number as 606-755-6999.
Morehead Dental Studio describes its goal simply: to provide comprehensive dental care while placing an emphasis on personal relationships, comfort and confidence — or, as its promotional materials put it, "Changing the way you experience dentistry."
