The information contained in this article was obtained directly from the Rowan County Detention Center inmate roster, a public government record. The Morehead Minute does not determine criminal charges, court classifications, or booking information.

All charges, descriptions, and case details appearing in the detention center's records originate from the arresting agency and/or the court system. If any information is later found to be inaccurate, responsibility for those errors would rest with the originating law enforcement agency, court officials, or detention center records—not with The Morehead Minute.

It is important to remember that an arrest is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
