MOREHEAD, Ky. — A Morehead woman was arrested Tuesday and charged with Criminal Abuse, Third Degree – Child 12/Under, according to booking information from the Rowan County Detention Center.
The detention center identifies the woman as McKenzie Scott, 25, of Morehead.
Jail records indicate Scott was booked into the Rowan County Detention Center at approximately 6:37 p.m. on July 22, 2026, following her arrest by the Rowan County Sheriff's Office.
