A Rowan County couple was arrested Thursday morning and charged with Criminal Abuse in the First Degree – Child 12 or Under, according to records from the Rowan County Detention Center.
According to detention center records:
Joseph Eastwood, 44, of Morehead, was arrested by the Morehead Police Department on July 30, 2026. He is charged with Criminal Abuse, 1st Degree – Child 12 or Under. Jail records indicate the case is currently listed as open, with no bond amount listed at the time of booking.
Alyssa Eastwood was also arrested by the Morehead Police Department on July 30, 2026. She faces the same charge of Criminal Abuse, 1st Degree – Child 12 or Under. Her case is likewise listed as open, with no bond amount listed in the detention center records.
