The first sale involves property located at 762 Dry Creek Road in Clearfield. Court records state the property includes approximately 13 acres and is tied to a foreclosure action styled ARCPE 1 LLC vs. Rebecca Price, et al. The judgment amount listed in the notice is $69,051.02 plus interest, fees, and costs.
The second sale involves property located at 300 Hunter Lane in Morehead. According to the filing, the property contains approximately 9.542 acres and is associated with the case Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC vs. Joshua Daniel Barker, et al. The judgment amount listed in that notice is $292,802.86 plus interest, fees, and costs.
Both sales are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on June 10 at the Rowan County Judicial Center.
The notices state that successful bidders must either pay cash in full or place a 10% deposit down with the remaining balance due within 30 days, subject to approved surety requirements.
