
A Salt Lick couple has been arrested following an investigation that resulted in charges involving an alleged child abuse case and narcotics-related offenses.
According to records from the Rowan County Detention Center, 37-year-old Noah Aaron Bailey was arrested on May 21, 2026, and charged with Criminal Abuse 1st Degree – Child 12 or Under. Records indicate the arresting agency was the Bath County Sheriff’s Department.
Also arrested was 34-year-old Madison Lashae Bailey of Salt Lick. Jail records show she is facing charges of Criminal Abuse 1st Degree – Child 12 or Under, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree – Drug Unspecified. Her arrest was reportedly made by the Kentucky State Police.
As of publication time, both cases remain listed as open in District Court. Bond information was not listed in the detention center records.
