SANDY HOOK — A Sandy Hook couple has been charged with murder following an investigation by Kentucky State Police.
Steve Adkins, 70, and Rita Adkins, 68, were booked into the Rowan County Detention Center late Friday night. Both are charged with one count of murder in separate but related cases. Court records indicate the alleged offense occurred June 8. Each defendant is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
