
MOREHEAD, Ky. — Two West Virginia residents were arrested Sunday by the Morehead Police Department and lodged in the Rowan County Detention Center on domestic violence-related charges.
According to Rowan County Detention Center records, Chad Baker, 48, of Terra Alta, West Virginia, was arrested on August 2, 2026, and is charged with Assault, 4th Degree (Domestic Violence). His case is listed as open.
Also arrested was Tiffany Baker, 31, of Elk Garden, West Virginia. Detention center records show she is also charged with Assault, 4th Degree (Domestic Violence). Her case is likewise listed as open.
Both arrests were made by the Morehead Police Department on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
